    RFA Trophy’s and Awards

     

    The Jordan Trophy: Awarded to the ship that has contributed the most to Above Water Warfare, this trophy is presented every six months. Currently held by RFA Wave Ruler. Previous winners have been RFA Sir Bedivere in April 2007, RFA Wave Knight in October of 2007, and RFA Wave Ruler in April of 2008.

    The Richard Jones Award: Awarded to the RFA Cadet of the Year for outstanding performance during their training. Currently held by 3/O (X) David Young.

    RFA Centenary Wedgwood BowlThe John Coles Award: Awarded to the RFA Vessel which has excelled in training. Currently held by RFA Wave Ruler.

    The James Coull Memorial Award: Awarded to the RFA Seafarer who has performed an outstanding act or achievement. Currently held by C/O(E) Brian Hayes.

    The Keith Rice Memorial Shield: Awarded to the outstanding RFA trainee in each new Catering Services Course. Currently held by CA (STWD) David Wood.

    The Mark Petre Memorial Shield: Awarded to the outstanding RFA Trainee in each new Seamanship Course. Currently held by SG2 Gary Lockley.

    RFA Centenary Wedgwood Bowl: Awarded to the RFA vessel which has contributed the most to Humanitarian and International relations.

    2005 winner RFA Wave Knight.

    2006 winner RFA Wave Ruler.

    2007 winner RFA Sir Bedivere.
