    Double Overhand knot

    1. Start with a basic overhand knot but, before tightening it, form a second bight in the working end.
      pass behind
    2. Thread the working end through the main loop from the back, taking it above the first turn.

    3. Pull the working end through the main loop.

    4. work the knot tight to finish the double overhand knot.
